How do I sign up for an account with F&F Wholesale

You may create a wholesale account online at http://www.fandfwholesale.com but you will not be able to see prices until your account has been activated (approved).

Please send us copies of your state sales tax ID and your tobacco license (or the licenses required by your state to purchase untaxed (State taxes) tobacco from outside the state) either by fax @ 717-718-2025 or to Accounts@fandfwholesale.com.

After we review these documents your account will be activated within 2 business days.  You will then be able to log onto our site to view our catalog and pricing.

Any applicable state taxes are not collected by us and are on the receiver’s responsibility to pay, if applicable.

PA customers will need to fill out form PA1220.

 

What states can you NOT ship too

We are no longer able to ship to Montana or Michigan. Currently their state laws prohibit our shipment to these states.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). We do not accept checks, however you may purchase a Visa/Mastercard Gift card that can be used just like a credit card at our store.

 

How do you ensure product quality and satisfaction?

We get new shipments of product throughout the week. We inspect and throw out product based on manufacturing guidelines. In addition, our products are stored in an environment where the temperature and humidity are strictly controlled.

 

Is there a required minimum order?

No, we do not require a minimum order.

 

Why is your tobacco so inexpensive?

Our tobacco is shipped to us direct from the manufacturer. It is always shipped to you the same week we receive it. We also sell large quantities to our customers all across the United States. This allows us to receive our tobacco at a better price. All these factors save you money.

 

How do you handle customer concerns?

Any questions you may have can be handled by calling us at (717) 977-4704 or simply e-mail us with your concern and it will be addressed within 24 hrs.

 

Tell me more about the "PACT ACT"

The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act of 2009 ("PACT Act") (S.1147) took effect June 30, 2010. This legislation made ALL cigarettes, RYO, MYO and smokeless tobacco products nonmailable. This law means you will no longer be able to purchase these products by mail-order, telephone order, or the Internet, because the United States Postal Service, along with UPS, Fed-Ex and all other carriers will be prohibited by law from delivering your orders to you. Effective at 11:59pm EST June 27th, all cigarette tobacco, smokeless tobacco and chewing tobacco was taken offline. We will continue to ship pipe tobacco(multi-use tobacco), cigars and all other smoking accessories including all machines and tubes, as they are exempt from the legislation.
